This is LiveFox's standard Data Processing Agreement (v1.2). It applies to customers acting as data controllers under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, and incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses and UK IDTA where relevant. A countersigned copy is not required for the standard terms to apply, but it is available on request from support@golivefox.com.
