What's the difference between Individual and Team?

Individual covers one person — the account owner — and includes the full LiveFox feature set: unlimited quizzes, unlimited live and self-paced sessions, branding, analytics and AI question generation. Team covers up to 5 people who can each create, edit and run sessions from the same account, with shared quizzes, folders and analytics. Extra Team users can be added at any time.

What counts as a user?

A user is anyone with login access to build, edit or run quizzes. Your audience never counts — participants join with a code or link, and they are always free and unlimited on every plan.

How much does each plan cost?

Individual is £10 per month or £100 per year (roughly $12 / $120 and €11.50 / €115). Team is billed for up to 5 users, with extra users added at a per-user rate. The pricing page shows live amounts in your local currency.

Which plan should I choose?

If you're the only person who will build and host sessions, Individual is the cheaper fit. If colleagues need their own logins to build quizzes or run events, choose Team.

What do I get during the free trial?

Every new account starts on a 14-day Team trial, so you can invite colleagues and try everything, including full branding, before deciding which plan suits you.

What happens when the trial ends?

Sessions stop launching until you subscribe, but nothing is deleted — your quizzes, past sessions and analytics stay exactly as they were and come straight back when you pick a plan.

Do I have to buy the plan I trialled on?

No. Trials run on Team so you can test collaboration, but you can subscribe to Individual instead at any point. If teammates are active on your account, deactivate them first — Individual only covers the owner.

How do I move from Individual to Team?

Choose the Team plan from Subscription & Billing. The change happens immediately and you're charged a pro-rata amount for the rest of your current billing period, so your renewal date never moves.

How do I move from Team to Individual?

You can request the change at any time, but it takes effect at the end of your current term — monthly or annual — rather than immediately. You keep full Team access, and everything you've already paid for, until that date.

What happens to my colleagues when a Team account becomes Individual?

From the changeover date only the account owner stays active. Everyone else loses login access, but nothing is lost: their quizzes, sessions, results and analytics all remain on the account and become available again the moment you return to Team.

Can I switch back to Team later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrading back to Team is immediate and prorated, and previously deactivated colleagues can be switched back on without recreating anything.

How do I add extra users to a Team plan?

Add seats from Subscription & Billing. Extra users are charged pro rata for the remainder of your current period and then included in your normal renewal, so all users share one renewal date.

What happens when I remove a user?

Access can be removed straight away, but the seat is only removed from your bill at your next renewal. You won't be refunded part-way through a period.

Which currencies and billing periods can I use?

Pounds, US dollars and euros, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves roughly two months compared with paying monthly.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Your content stays on the account.

How do I pay, and do I get invoices?

Payment is by card through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Invoices are available in the app right after checkout and from Subscription & Billing at any time.
