    Sub-processors

    LiveFox engages a small number of trusted sub-processors to help us deliver the service. Each sub-processor is bound by a written data-processing agreement that requires them to apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures and to process personal data only on our instructions.

    We do not share customer data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party not listed below.

    Notification of changes

    When we add or replace a sub-processor that handles personal data, we will:

    • Update this page with the new entry and a fresh "Last Updated" date.
    • Notify organisation account owners by email at least 30 days before the new sub-processor begins processing personal data.
    • Give customers a reasonable opportunity to object on legitimate grounds, in line with our Data Processing Agreement.
